Online RSVP Tracker
Every InviteVia invitation comes with the same reply form, and every answer it collects lands on one page for the host. You get a list of names with an attending or declining answer, the number of plus-ones each guest is bringing, and any dietary note, message or song request they left behind.
Because the replies come from the invitation itself, tracking RSVPs online is one list rather than an app, a login for guests and a spreadsheet kept in step by hand.
What the RSVP form asks
A guest opens the invitation, taps accepting or declining, and sees only the questions you switched on in the invitation builder:
- Their name, which is the one required field — no account, no email confirmation.
- An email address, which is optional — the form accepts a reply without one.
- Attending or declining, with a plus-one count when you have allowed plus-ones: “me and two friends” becomes three on the list.
- A dietary preference if you are asking — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher or something else — plus a note to the host for everything the list does not cover.
- A song request, if the party has a playlist you would rather not be consulted about in person.
What the tracker shows
The RSVP list opens on totals you can plan with: how many replies have arrived, how many guests are attending, how many declined, the plus-one count, and how many people left a dietary note. From there you can filter to the attending or declining list, or search a name to check whether one particular guest has answered.
That is the whole of event RSVP tracking on InviteVia — no spreadsheet to keep in step with the form. When the caterer, the venue or the seating plan needs the list, it exports as a CSV with the guest answers included.
RSVP limits and when replies close
A free invitation accepts 25 responses, which is enough for a small ceremony, a dinner or a birthday. Premium removes the limit, so a wedding or a large party can collect every reply on the same link — the pricing page lists what each plan includes.
The reply form closes once the event date has passed, so the list stops moving while you finalise numbers, and the invitation itself stays online for 30 days after the event on the free plan and 90 days on Premium. Getting to your RSVP list
If you created the invitation with an account, log in and open the event from your dashboard; the RSVP list for that event is a link away.
If you created it without signing up, the list lives behind the unique guest tracking link shown right after you published — that link is the only way back in, so keep it somewhere you will find it again. It cannot be recovered from your email address alone, because the invitation was never attached to one. If you have not made the invitation yet, start from a template and switch the questions on while you build it.
