Acceptance of Terms

By using InviteVia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

InviteVia lets you create digital invitations and collect RSVPs. Free invitations include up to 15 RSVP responses and a 30-day lifecycle. Premium ($2.99 one-time per event) adds unlimited RSVPs, all premium templates, custom music, no branding, and a 90-day archive.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish. You may not use the service to send spam, harass others, or share unlawful content.

Payments and Refunds

Premium is a one-time payment per event. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us at thyatiracode@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

InviteVia branding, templates, and software are owned by InviteVia. You retain ownership of the event content you create.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties. InviteVia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
