1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InviteVia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service & Pricing
InviteVia allows users to create digital event invitations and collect RSVPs. - Free Plan: Includes up to 25 RSVP responses and a 30-day invitation lifecycle. - Premium Pass ($2.99 one-time payment for 1 week of access): Unlocks unlimited RSVPs, access to all premium templates, custom background music, an ad-free experience, and an extended archive window — 90 days after the event date instead of 30.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Single Payment: Premium access is billed as a one-time charge of $2.99 for 7 days of access. It is NOT an automatically renewing subscription; you will only be charged once per purchase. - Processing: Payments are securely processed through our merchant partner (Polar.sh). - No Refunds: Due to the immediate digital activation of Premium features, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content is delivered immediately and you agree that payments are non-refundable. 4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish using InviteVia. You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, send unsolicited spam, or violate third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
InviteVia, its logo, original templates, and underlying technology are owned by InviteVia. You retain full ownership of the event images, text, and personal data you upload to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. InviteVia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through your profile settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of InviteVia following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
